*By the way, if they offer baccarat, it’s going to be the same as in Las Vegas. The only difference is that many casinos offer what’s called "Mini Baccarat" tables. Still exactly the same thing as far as the odds and how the game is played. The only difference is that it’s played on a table the size of a blackjack table, and the players don’t ever get to deal the cards out of the shoe.

casinos have to run fair games – they have no intention of cheating you because you are already playing a game that favors the house –

plus in baccarat you can bet on both sides player and banker – so cheating one side – could help the other side – and unless the table isnt full and only has 1 or 2 people and they both have bets on EITHER player or BANKER there is nothing for the house to gain by making mistakes and favoring player or banker

Casinos do not try to purposely CHEAT players of the their money when in theory they are cheating players legally

Dealers are human and not perfect – if they make a mistake and draw to player or banker when they shouldnt – if a player DOESNT call them on the rule of the game – if a pit boss or floor supervisor isnt watching and they rarely are especially watching for dealer error – the odds that Surveillance will call down and report the error and make them pay everyone for mistake is EXTREMELY RARE

Surveillance is looking to make sure people are not purposely in collusion and trying to cheat the game – if a dealer makes a rookie mistake, odds that someone will catch it and correct it is Slim

This type of thing happens VERY infrequently – most dealers KNOW ALL the rules of the games they deal and are very competent.

As a player I would recommend you know the rules – and if you think they messed up – dont be afraid to speak up – its your money on the line – and dealer mistakes are usually honest mistakes and they arent trying to cheat you . If you speak up, worse you can be is wrong – that’s better than being silent and losing money on a honest mistake.

Table minimums are generally set in stone, but maximums are more of a guidline for a particular table due to the amount of chips in the chip tray. In fact sometimes, if you read the fine print on the table sign it says soemhting to the effect that bets placed over or under the table limits must be agreed upon by casino management.

Generally, if you call in advanace, the sky is pretty much the limit on how much you want to bet, i have heard of blackjack being dealt at 500k per hand at trump taj in atlantic city

and 100k per hand in ceasars atlantic city

These kind of maximums are not set and wont be listed, it woudl have to do with the individual casinos CURRENT financial status and how much cash they have one hand for buisness purposes.

I woudl also have to suggest that the amount you are allowed to bet will be higher in roullette than in the other games, but about the same for the other games as well having to do with the size of the hosue advanatages and the risk involved.
